Name: Jako van der Velde Date of birth: December 12, 1977 City: The Hague, the Netherlands About Jako van der Velde: I started bodybuilding when I was 17 y.o. In the beginning it was just fitness in 2001 I did my first competition becoming first at the Juniors C- competition and third at the seniors at 21 yo. After 1,5 year in 2003 I competeted in the Dutch Nationals were I was placed 5th. This year I became First in Class2 at the NAC Nationals.
