Troubleshooting
1. Page cannot be found when sending profile information
If you submit your profile using the form that we provided, make sure your picture has a maximum size of 200 kB. If you try to upload a picture that exceeds 200 kB, the form cannot be send. In that case send your profile information by e-mail with your picture(s) attached to
join@bodybuildermodels.com.
2. Server time out when sending profile information
This is the same error message as mentioned in 1. If you submit your profile using the form that we provided, make sure your picture has a maximum size of 200 kB. 3. Will I receive a confirmation e-mail when my profile is added?
Yes, when your profile has been added, we send you a confirmation e-mail usually within 24 hours. However, if you provided an AOL e-mail address it is possible that you do not receive our confirmation e-mail. AOL's spam filter sometimes blocks our e-mails.
4. How can I change my profile information?
Whenever you would like to change your profile, just send us an e-mail from the address that you used when submitting your profile. Send us your new profile information and or your new pictures and we will change your profile as soon as possible.
